Organisational Development has come to cover a multiplicity of disciplines, but perhaps most relevant today is that it has come to encompass the development of a new funding base for cultural organisations, and the research necessary for sustainable Business Planning. 

This involves reviewing current trading and how the artistic product can best be exploited including the development of new markets for the work so that an arts organsiation can benefit from a mix of public sector and earned income.  This informed the Business Plans developed for Vamos Theatre (2010), Lowdham Book Festival (2009), Escape Arts in Action (2008-10) among others.
