All Saints Church Annexe is a new building in the grounds of the Church, close to Nottingham City Centre.  Working with 3worlds Consulting, we constructed a plan for an arts organisation to be based there, in collaboration with other wellbeing and health agencies, and emerging solo practitioners in the same sector.  The plan was based on market research, and cost comparison with other venues in the region, projecting income from the facilities and negotiation with landlords on leasing, as well as with other agencies interested in moving to the new base.
